My first pregnancy was easy. I was proud to be one of the few women who didn't experience first trimester symptoms. But I wasn't so lucky this second time around. I had every symptom in the book (morning sickness that would last til evening, nausea, vomiting, smell and food aversions, constipation, you name it) and it was simply horrible. I just felt miserable everyday. Fortunately, I had awesome support groups in the form of mommy friends and healing arts practitioners to help me through it.
I would like to share with you some of the things I did. Hopefully, it may work for you too.
